This Gender Equality Plan (GEP) is a public document approved by HyperAxes Ltd’s leadership.

It is published on the company’s website and will be reviewed and updated annually.

 

 

2. Dedicated resources

 

The CEO and Operations Lead are responsible for the implementation and monitoring of the GEP.

All staff have access to reporting channels and are informed about the GEP during onboarding.

 

 

3. Data collection and monitoring

 

HyperAxes Ltd commits to collecting gender-disaggregated data on staff composition, roles, and career progression.

Data will be reviewed annually to identify potential imbalances and inform actions.

 

 

4. Training and capacity building

 

The company will provide periodic training and awareness sessions for staff on gender equality, unconscious bias, inclusive communication, and workplace respect.

 

 

5. Key actions and commitments

 

  • Ensuring gender-neutral recruitment and promotion processes.

  • Guaranteeing equal pay for equal work and transparent criteria for career development.

  • Supporting work–life balance measures and flexible working arrangements.

  • Zero tolerance for discrimination, harassment, or gender-based violence.

  • Promoting women’s participation in leadership and decision-making roles.

The CEO is responsible for GEP implementation and annual reporting.

Progress will be monitored and results shared internally, with updates reflected on this page.
